Hungry Lion
The company was in need of an automated solution to assist with their accounts payable function with their massive growth into Africa. Automate Now developed an AI extraction system with auto-matching invoices to either a receipt or order number. This solution enabled Hungry Lion to automate approximately 80% of their payments. With the technology always improving, this number will increase as the system evolves. System used to achieve this was Laserfiche 11 and Desilian Lexo AI.
Pioneer Drill & Blast
Pioneer Drill & Blast is the second biggest drill and blasting company in South Africa. Automate Now used Laserfiche to digitalize the clients Human Resources Process, Site Compliance Reporting system and also their Engineering Job card Process. The solution enables the client to have a detailed overview of their company processes and assist them to actively respond to predefined events. Employees are also able to receive in real time, feedback on HR enquiries regarding leave, loan applications and site transfers to mention a few. The solution was build with Laserfiche 11.
Finance Africa
Automate Now was tasked with building a Credit Application, Credit Approval and Contract Management system for Finance Africa including the management of data in accordance with the POPIA act. The solution delivered to the client is fully automated with robust business workflows to enable quicker turnaround time on approvals and to enable industry leading governance of information stored and used. The solution was build with Laserfiche 11.

Innovation Solutions Group
Automate Now is assisting the client to digitalize all the business processes including live reporting on all Operational Information as and when a event occurs. Business workflows control the flow of information to ensure reliable data is available when required.
Robertsons and Co
This is Automate Now's first international client residing in the United Kingdom. The new Case Management System had ensure protection of information as per the Data Protection Act 2018 and be ISO27001 compliant. The system is also driven by optimised business processes to allow the management team to have a real to live overview of each case handled by the client. Future proofing was also looked at and designed in the solution to allow for future integration into various systems.
Wes Africa Carriers
Wes Africa Carriers wanted to utilize technology to assist them with bringing down costs and give their client an edge. We have partnered with them to build a system managing their truck fleet, people and costs. The solution includes full integration with their fleet tracking and fuel management system to allow the management team to react to an event before it escalates. The solution is also managing the planned and unplanned maintenance job cards.
GHB Farms
As one of the biggest pig farmers in South Africa, the manual paper based process was a challenge to the management team at GHB Farms. Automate Now is current involved to digitalize all there business processes. Part of the solution is to integrate all their systems into one platform to assist with resource management, business processes and reporting.
BMW
We assisted BMW to create a secure and searchable repository where they can store job cards digitally and be able to search them with key wording. By doing this we have streamlined the scanning process and secured the documents of the client for the foreseeable future.
